3,568 graduates appear prelim exam

PE-2013Three thousand five hundred and sixty eight university graduates sat for preliminary examination of Bhutan Civil Service examination 2013 today.

The preliminary exam is conducted to test the minimum standard required of a candidate to appear for the main examination. The results will be declared on August 24.

According to the Royal Civil Service Commission, there are 538 vacancies in the civil service for those who perform well in the main examination. Last year over 2,500 graduates appeared for the preliminary examination
