The movement of people and vehicle is restricted in Samtse from   9 pm to 5 am. The curfew began from April 1. The restriction will go on until the poll day on Tuesday. The whole town is patrolled by police. The Police are also patrolling the town. Samtse Dzongda said the border gate will be sealed for 24 hours from 6 pm on Monday.
