RTC FC moved into the top half of the BoB Bhutan Premier League table after securing a narrow 1-0 win over Thimphu City FC at the Changlimithang Stadium yesterday. The latest round of matches has further tightened the standings, with several clubs separated by only a few points in the early stage of the season.

The result takes RTC FC to six points from four matches, moving the club to fifth place in the standings. Thimphu City FC remain on five points and drops to sixth.
At the top of the table, Drukpa FC are leading the league with seven points from four matches. The newly promoted side has recorded two wins, one draw and one defeat so far, while also scoring nine goals, the highest in the league.
BFF Academy Under 20 are also on seven points but sit second on goal difference with one game in hand. They remain the only unbeaten team this season, with two wins and a draw from three matches.
Transport United FC are third with six points from three matches, while Tsirang FC occupy fourth place with six points from four games. RTC FC complete the top five.
Paro FC and Tensung FC are seventh and eighth, respectively, with four points each, while Thimphu FC sit ninth with three points. Ugyen Academy FC remain at the bottom of the table without a point after three matches.
As the season progresses, the competition remains closely contested, with ten teams continuing to battle for position in the standings.
