As of yesterday, the BoB Women’s National League 2025 has reached its halfway mark, with teams having played at least six matches. Each team will play 18 matches. With the league now past its midpoint, Paro FC Women continue to lead the race, but the chasing pack is still within striking distance.
Paro FC Women currently lead the table with 25 points from nine matches. They remain unbeaten, with eight wins and one draw, scoring a league-high 89 goals while conceding just seven.
Chasing closely are Thimphu City Women’s FC, who have collected 18 points from seven matches.
Their only loss so far came against Paro FC, by a narrow 2–1 margin. With six wins, City have 11 matches left to make up ground on the leaders.
Transport United Ladies are also in the race with 16 points from seven matches.
Their only defeat came against Thimphu City, while they shared the spoils in a goalless draw with RTC.
Meanwhile, Ugyen Academy Women’s FC sit fourth with 15 points from nine matches, their campaign marked by five wins and four defeats.
Another strong contender is RTC Women’s FC, who have played just six matches but remain unbeaten, amassing 14 points from four wins and two draws. Thanks to their solid defence, they have conceded only one goal so far.
RTC are also the only team to have held both Paro FC Women and Transport United Ladies to a draw this season.
In mid-table, Gelephu Girls Academy U-20 registered a notable 2–1 win over Ugyen Academy yesterday, climbing to sixth place with 12 points from eight matches.
Samtse Women’s FC follow closely with nine points from eight games, while the Gelephu Girls Academy U-17 sit on six points after nine matches.
At the lower end of the standings, Gelephu City Women’s FC have struggled, managing just one win in nine matches for three points. They have conceded a staggering 110 goals while scoring only 4.
At the bottom, Phuentsholing Heroes Women’s FC are the only side not to have collected any points so far. They remain winless after eight matches, conceding 103 goals while scoring just five.
As the league heads into the second round, Paro FC will aim to maintain their unbeaten record, while Thimphu City and Transport United look to close the gap.
