Paro FC is proving unstoppable in the ongoing BoB Bhutan Premier League 2025. The defending champions have yet to drop a single point and are showing no signs of slowing down. Here’s a detailed look at the league standings as the season heats up.

It has been a flawless campaign so far for Paro FC. The champions made it 13 wins after defeating Southern City FC 20 goals to one at the Woochu Sports Arena earlier this evening. Paro struck nine before halftime and added 11 more in the second half.

With the victory, they have now scored 59 goals, conceded just 10, and hold a goal difference of 49, sitting comfortably at the top with 39 points.

Behind them, the race for second and third remains tight. Thimphu City are in second with 30 points from 13 matches. They have scored 38 goals and conceded 14, but three defeats have dented their title hopes.

In their recent outing at the Gelephu Public Ground, Thimphu City eased past Southern City with a 3–nil win, scoring twice before halftime and sealing the victory with a late goal.

Hot on their heels is RTC FC, who boast the league’s most prolific attack with 43 goals in 13 games. Known for their attacking flair, RTC currently sits third with 28 points, just two behind Thimphu City.

Last Sunday, they recorded a 2–0 home win over Tsirang FC, with goals in the regulation time.

In fourth place, Transport United FC remain a strong contender with 24 points from 11 matches. They have conceded 13 goals so far.

The BFF Academy completes the top five, with 18 points from 11 games, scoring 26 goals and conceding 18.

The middle of the table sees Ugyen Academy FC in sixth with 13 points from 12 matches. While Southern City and Tsirang FC are level on 7 points each after playing 12 matches and 13 matches respectively.

At the bottom, the relegation fight is proving difficult. Tensung FC and Samtse FC are tied with 5 points each.

Samtse has conceded 42 goals in 11 matches, the most goals this season, while Tensung has conceded 36 goals in 13 games.

With the season at its halfway mark, Paro FC looks set to defend its crown. But the battles for second place and the fight to avoid relegation promise plenty of drama in the weeks ahead.

Paro may be running away at the top, but with Thimphu City, RTC, and Transport United chasing hard and teams at the bottom desperate to survive, fans can expect plenty of twists as the Bhutan Premier League continues.
