The National Assembly has adopted the Biological Corridor Nine Bill of Bhutan 2023. All 41 members present in the house today voted in favour of the bill. The house repealed one section which restricts the construction of any infrastructure, cable cars and ropeways, and recording documentaries among others. The bill will be now forwarded to the National Council for further deliberation.
