His Holiness the Je Khenpo launched the Goenzin Dratshang Tsa-Thrim as part of the 400 years of the Zhung Dratshang celebrations. The Tsa-Thrim will help 18 Goenzin Dratshang across the country in implementing uniform rules, plans and projects hereafter. His Holiness the Je Khenpo started Goenzin Dratshang in 2014 to provide monks with wholesome monastic education from a single institute.

“This tsa-thrim will have uniformity towards the way we learn things here, follow the uniform culture and perform rituals. His Holiness the Je Khenpo has guided us and now we all have come with ways to manage ourselves and to serve for the benefits of all the sentients beings,” said Khenpo Passang Tshering, Chairperson of Goenzin Dratshang Duetshog.
