A 33-year-old Indian teacher of Peljorling Higher Secondary School in Sibsoo has been detained for official misconduct and child molestation. He was arrested yesterday.
According to the sources BBS spoke to, the teacher had promised the two class eight students of PHSS the question paper for the midterm exam. It is said that the teacher gave the two girls eight questions bearing 25 marks. He made them watch porn movies at his house and later physically abused them.
The case was reported to the police by the school authority.
According to the Police, investigation is underway . The case will be forwarded to the court after complete investigation. The teacher, who stays alone, had been with the school for the last five years.
