The Chhukha District Court sentenced a 34-year-old man to six years in prison last Thursday for illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
Police arrested the convict from Tsimasham in June this year. He was found in possession of cannabis and controlled capsules. On the same day, the court also convicted a 29 year-old-man for illegal possession of cannabis and its derivatives. He was sentenced to also one year in prison. The judgement was passed on the same day.
