An outbreak of Bird flu has been reported at Wangkha in Chhukha. About 13 poultry birds died in the last three days in a farm.
Control measures are underway with concerned officials at the site. Some 55 birds were culled in three different poultry farms.
The poultry sheds were also dismantled and disinfected. Further investigation is being conducted. Bird flu is a viral infection spread from bird to bird.
