His Majesty confers Tashi Khardar to newly appointed secretaries

HM Grants Dhar to Secretaries

His Majesty The King conferred Tashi Khadar to the newly appointed four secretaries and 20 colonels at Tashichhodzong in Thimphu, today.

Former Director General of Construction Development Board, Rinzin Dorji is now the agriculture ministry’s Secretary.

The new Secretary of Dratshang Lhentshog is Karma Tshering Namgyal. He was a Consul General of Royal Bhutan Consulate in the Indian City of Kolkata.

The Former Director of Gross National Happiness Commission, Thinley Namgyel takes over as the GNHC’s Secretary.

Former Director General of Department of Forest and Park Services under the Ministry of Agriculture, Chencho Norbu, is the new Secretary of the National Environment Commission.

Along with the secretaries, His Majesty also conferred Dhar to Armed Force Personnel who got promoted from Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel.
