Labour ministry will not send officials to investigate the case of unpaid Bhutanese workers at Quality Hyper Market in Qatar.
Bhutanese Embassy in Kuwait has recommended the ministry not to send officials as “the case is not severe”.
The Labour Minister, Ngeema Sangay Tshempo, on Wednesday, had said the ministry is trying to send an officer to Qatar to investigate the case.
More than 50 Bhutanese, working at Quality Hyper Market, allegedly have not received their monthly salary for two months.
