The Office of Attorney General (OAG) submitted the last four fronting cases to the Phuentshogling Dungkhag Court on Friday. The court is handling 27 fronting cases now.
OAG has asked the non-Bhutanese, who ran the business establishments in Phuentshogling, to refund over Rs 211 M spent in importing goods. Bhutanese License owners are also asked to restitute the total amount of commission received.
OAG also submitted to cancel all the business licenses along with a fine of Nu 10,000 each.
