A three-day Tshechu at Rangjung Woesel Chhoeling Monastery in Trashigang concluded today. The Tshechu, which is being organised for the first time, is being performed for the wellbeing of His Royal Highness the Gyalsey and the country.
The main highlights of the Tshechu included Zhingshey Pema dances performed by the nuns.
Various Dudjom Tersar and other ritualistic mask dances were performed based on late Dungse Thinley Norbu Rinpoche and late Dudjom Jigdral Yeshe Dorji Rinpoche’s vision.
Rangjung Gayjor Tshogpa and Rangjung Dratshang led by His Eminence Dungse Garab Rinpoche organised the Tshechu.
The Tschechu will be an annual event starting next year.
