After reaching its lowest point at 3 percent in August, Bhutan’s consumer inflation climbed to 3.56 percent in October this year. Both food and non-food prices increased between September and October.
Although fuel prices have been decreasing, the rate of decrease has been marginal. Since November this year, fuel prices decreased only around 50 paise. Fuel prices in India today decreased by 58 paise and diesel by 25 paise.
