MyGreenSchool-The former education minister, Thakur Singh Powdyel’s book, “My Green School” has been translated into Spain’s two major languages, Spanish and Catalan.

Spanish social worker, Dr. Guillem Ferrer has done the translation. Dr. Guillem Ferrer is also an educator and translator and the founder-director of the Education for Life Foundation.

“My Green School”, originally published in English in Bhutan was developed to support education ministry’s educating for Gross National initiative in 2010.

“It is deeply humbling, as well as greatly inspiring, to see that educators so far away from us should find meaning and purpose in my little publication. It is more of an honour to the vision of our country beyond a recognition of merit of my work,” the author told media.
