Nado Rinchen could not dream of winning the Nu 1.4M worth electric car and as he posed in front of his prize, many well wishers, friends and relatives and the crowds took his pictures.
Nado Rinchen continued to pose in front of the car, his face smacked with a perpetual nervousness.
Nado Rinchen doesn’t know how to drive a car and he spoke to BBS saying he never imagined winning the car or even owning such an expensive car.
He however said, he will not sell it.
Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay sponsored the prize.
