About 27 Students from Dagana and three scout Teachers of Dagapela Middle Secondary School are touring Tsirang educating people to be responsible citizens by managing waste properly. They are creating awareness among the residents through dramas, cultural programs, slogans and walks. They will also visit other dzongkhags.
