A 32-year-old woman died of mushroom poisoning in Udzorong, Trashigang. The deceased has consumed wild mushroom during dinner along with three other family members on Wednesday night.
She died on the same night. The two other family members have been admitted in Trashigang hospital and are said to be in a stable condition.
This is the second mushroom poisoning case in Trashigang, this year. On June 25, 12 people from Yangneer Gewog were treated by Trashigang hospital for mushroom poisoning.
