The second scout leadership programme began in Tencholing military training center in Wangdue Phodrang today. Hundred and twenty three students from Samtse, Sarpang, Chhukha are taking part in the three-week training. Scouts will be receiving training on search and rescue operations, preservation and conservation of cultural heritage and tradition and conservation of environment.
