NA tables the LG Amendment Bill

The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly tabled the Local Government Amendment Bill 2014 for deliberation in the House yesterday. The Deputy Speaker explained in the house why the bill needs to be discussed. Pema Lhaden interviewed him after the session.
