Hundreds of people gathered at Dochula to witness Druk Wangyel festival despite a cold weather, today.
Her Majesty the Queen Mother, Dorji Wangmo Wangchuck, graced the festival. Also present were Her Royal Highness Princess Sonam Dechan Wangchuck, His Holiness Gyalse Tenzin Rabgay, the Prime Minister and the chairperson of the National Council, among others.
The festival was instituted as a tribute to the three armed forces for their bravery and commitment to the people and the country.
