MonggarCourt-GyalpoizhingLandCaseThe Gyalpoizhing plot allotment case sees two more committee members incriminated. Four cases were also registered recently after the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) discovered four individuals had bought plots and constructed buildings on the land. ACC is appealing for both plots and the buildings to be restituted, and for labour charges and the cost of the buildings to be refunded keeping with the 1984 Royal Kasho.

All restitution cases are at the Monggar court and a few individuals are yet to report to court. Meanwhile, some individuals have agreed to give up the plot and some have been submitting their rebuttals. The date for the verdict is still not known.
