The final of the Jagathang archery tournament in Paro was played today. Team Trowa won the tournament while team Namcha came in second place and Nazhoen Shari third.
The players of the winning team were awarded a pair of Dungs (religious instrument) each. The first runners up won an 18 inch Tempa (Buddha statue) and the second runners a 16 inch Guru Rimpoche statue each.
The man of the match was awarded to Dechen Tshering from team Trowa. Twenty six teams participated in the tournament.
