Roadblock-boxcuttingHeavy rainfall has caused several blocks along the Gelegphug-Zhemgang highway.

Our reporter in Zhemgang, Pema Samdrup says, many commuters, travelling to vote, had to be sent back because of the dangers the falling boulders pose to the travellers.

Attempts to clear the blocks have been going on. Excavators and bulldozers have been deployed at the sites for the clearing work.
