Dorji Namgyal Rinchen and Norbu L Tshering won the Annual Golf Tournament. Both the winners received an iPad each. The three day tournament saw a total of 90 golfers taking part in it.
The tournament was organized by Penden Cement Authority Limited. It ended in Thimphu yesterday.
