The Sarpang Police yesterday arrested the man, who assaulted a woman, in November last year in Sarpang. The accused is from Nyenyul village under Senggye Gewog in Sarpang. He admitted committing the crime.
The incident took place on November 3 last year, in Gakidling Gewog’s forest area, while the victim was on her way to Sarpang.
Police are investigating the case and will be forwarded to the court.
