Don’t know who to turn to for help: Bhutanese Students in India

A third year Bhutanese student at the Indian Law Society’s Law College in Pune, was allegedly assaulted on Sunday by some locals. The BSA President who had spoken to BBS after the incident shared that they were not too sure about who they could turn to for help at the time of such events.
