GasaTsachuThe restoration of Gasa hot spring is about complete. Once the campsite is completed, Gasa Tshachu will have proper toilets, shower facilities, electricity supply, and safe drinking water.

Gasa Tshachu was badly damaged by flood in May 2009. The flood has washed away the hot spring’s basin, an outreach clinic and attached room.

The campsite is being constructed at Jawathang, about a kilometre away from Tshachu towards north.

The river protection walls are also complete.

The construction cost is about Nu. 40. Million.
