Petrol price slashed by one Ngultrum

The Petrol price in the country will drop by over one Ngultrum.

In Thimphu, petrol will now cost Nu.0.98 less which means a litre of petrol will now cost Nu.64.14.

Elsewhere, the price drop ranges from Nu. 1.1 to 0.98.

The decrease in the price follows the price revision in India. The new prices will come into effect from midnight today.
