Druk Phuensum Tshogpa declares two candidates

The Druk Phuensum Tshogpa, DPT declared two more candidates today for the upcoming National Assembly Elections. The candidates will represent the Draagteng_Langthil constituency of Trongsa and the Nyishog_Saephu constituency of Wangdue Phodrang.

38-year-old Nidup Gyeltshen is the party’s candidate for Trongsa’s Draagteng_Langthil Constituency. He has a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Royal Thimphu College. Before joining the party, he was an entrepreneur.

 

 

 

 

 

Similarly, 38-year-old Tashi Dorji will represent the Nyishog_Saephu Constituency of WangduePhodrang. He has a Bachelor of Science in Information and Technology from Bharathair University in India. Before joining politics, he worked as a teacher.

So far, the party has declared sixteen candidates.
