His Holiness the Je Khenpo has administered Guru Thethreng Rig-Nga Wang and Guru Tshengye Wang at Thangzona in Punakha. Some ten thousand devotees gathered to receive the blessings today.
Around 1,500 monks and nuns from various religious centres in Punakha including Lam and Lopens of Central Monastic Body also participated in the ceremony.
His Holiness the Je Khenpo will preside over the week-long 6th annual Moenlam Chhenmo of Punakha from tomorrow.
