16 youth detained for involvement in a mass brawl

The Police in Thimphu recently arrested 16 youth aged 12 to 18 years for involvement in a mass brawl. 15 are students and one is an out-of-school youth.

They were arrested last week. According to the police, the incident took place on July 9. The suspects were all released on bail today.
