The traditional Korean floor heating system called Gudeul could complement Bhutan’s efforts in remaining a carbon-negative country. A dozen trainees of the Build Bhutan Project in Chhumey Technical Training Institute (TTI) in Bumthang were recently skilled in constructing Gudeul by a Korean expert.
