To support the Rinchending Integrated Checkpoint along the Thimphu-Phuentshogling highway, another integrated checkpoint was opened at Wangkha in Chhukha. The facility was handed over to the police today.
The Ministry of Works and Human Settlement constructed the facility spending Nu 112.37 M. It is equipped with modern amenities such as automatic barriers, CCTV, automatic vehicle number plate readers, heating & cooling system, inclusive washrooms.
