An open bodybuilding competition held in Thimphu today saw about 17 male and female bodybuilders take part in it. The first-ever Norter Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship had participants competing in three categories.

Chencho came first in the men’s bodybuilding category, Leki Tshering in the men’s physique and Ugyen Pema in the women’s model physique.

According to the organizer, the show was aimed to support and promote the sport of bodybuilding.
