Dorji Lopen consecrated the newly constructed Tsheydra Goenba Lhakhang in Naja Gewog under Paro today. A massive earthquake severely damaged the Lhakhang in 2010. Nearly 200 families in three villages will use the Lhakhang to offer prayers and conduct rituals.
Terton Sherab Mebar built the Lhakhang in the 14th century. The community handed over the Lhakhang to the Central Monastic Body in 2008.
