Winter vegetable

In a country like Bhutan, we largely produce vegetables in summer and during winter we depend on the imported vegetables. Therefore, the southern Dzongkhags like samtse and Tshirang are focusing more on the winter vegetables to meet the growing demand for the vegetables.
