The blacktopping of Khothakpa-Durungri highway is a regular agenda for the Dzongkhag Tshogdu of Pema Gatshel. The issue has been raised in earlier sessions without any concrete progress. However, the hopes of Dzongkhag Tshogdu members will never come to an end.
