The Paro Valley Development Project is more of a bane, an otherwise to what it was initially thought to be. Echoing this, the local leaders of the district decided to write to the government as well as the Works and Human Settlement Ministry to review the Project. The matter was passed as a resolution of the recent Dzongkhag Tshogdu.
