At a time when washing hands has become a necessity, irregular water supply has become a daily struggle for locals of Goomkarmo chiwog under Lingmukha Gewog in Punakha. Besides being far away from the village, the current water source at Shengana is not sufficient. According to local leaders, the additional drinking water supply was completed at Lingmukha. But during the trial, the water pipe burst, and maintenance work was delayed due to the nationwide lockdown.
