Phaithang Eco Agro Farm all set to revolutionise farming in Nubi Gewog,Trongsa

Phaithang Eco Agro Farm, an ambitious initiative of the Farm Machinery Corporation Limited (FMCL) was established two months ago in Nubi Gewog, Trongsa on a 50-acre land.

Besides growing import restricted vegetables and fruits, the farm is also venturing into Orchid plantation.

With plans to function as a collection centre for local vegetables, and implementation of earn and learn programmes to attract young people into farming, the farm is all set to revolutionise farming in the gewog
