Stray dogs in Thimphu going hungry with schools and hotels closed amid COVID-19

With no tourists in the country and most hotels closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, stray dogs in and around Thimphu town are going hungry. Even in the shelter of animal welfare organisation such as Bhutan Animal Rescue and Care, food is scarce.
