Bhutanese living across the border in Jaigaon are gradually moving to Phuentshogling. This is one of the measures to counter an emergency in case the Indian town reports of a positive Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) case.
Last week, the government urged Bhutanese families living across the border to immediately consider moving in with relatives within the country or even return to their villages until the magnitude of situation subsides.
