Works to restore Wangdue Phodrang Dzong is in full swing. And one thing that alienates the project from the rest is that it is exclusively Bhutanese workers who are executing it. For such works involving a traditional touch, officials say Bhutanese people are the most efficient as compared to foreign workers.
