His Holiness the Je Khenpo is presiding over the 19th Annual Moenlam Chhenmo which began in Haa from yesterday. Hundreds of devotees are attending the great prayer ceremony.
The five-day Moenlam Chhenmo will end on July 11th followed by a wang the next day.
