Bhutan defeated Jordan with four goals to two at the ongoing Asian Football Confederation U-13 football tournament in Sri Lanka today.
Our reporter, Yeshey Tshokey, who is with the squad, says that Bhutan scored two goals before the first half and two more in the second half.
This is the second win for Bhutan. The team had played three games so far. According to our reporter, the officials and the captain expressed their joy.
The Coach said that although they had been participating in the fest for the last three years, it is their first ever win.
Tomorrow, Bhutan will play against Sri Lanka. Apart from Bhutan, Palestine and Iran were up against each other and Sri Lanka and India today.
