It would be nice if the concern agencies look upon the matter and act soon, my recent visit at this place recently i have have noticed that most of the people stopped cultivating the land because of the wild animals. The solar power which is installed in Sipsu hardly work and lack of proper maintenance.
I urged government (Bhutan power corp.)to allow the public to electrify their own area rather then spending huge budget in vain.
