Four boys, aged between 14-18 years, are under the custody of Thimphu Police for alleged robbery.
The suspects battered and robbed a non-Bhutanese of about Nu 1,000 on the night of September 14, above the swimming pool complex. Police said the minors had offered company to the victim after helping him get away from the dogs in the area at the time of the incident. The victim was on his way home from the Trade fair.
