The SAARC Cultural Festival on Folk Dance was held in the capital yesterday. The four-day festival, which began yesterday, organized by the SAARC Cultural Centre, Sir Lanka in collaboration with the Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs. It is to strengthen relation between the SAARC countries and promote the diverse cultures.
